2007-2008… Competed in the club eights at the Head of the Charles… member of the 2V8+ for each race in the spring season… stroked at the five seat and posted a win over Kansas State at the Longhorn Invitational… contributed to the Hawkeyes first place team finish with a win over George Washington sitting at the seven seat in the George Washington Invitational… placed third in the Petite Finals at the Big Ten Championships… earned a first place finish in Final C at the South-Central Regionals.

2006-2007… Raced in varsity pairs and varsity eights during the fall season…helped Iowa claim a second place finish at both the Head of the Rock and Head of Iowa in the V8+ (A)…member of the V8+ in every spring race…helped Iowa to a victory over George Washington and the week of April 9th Big Ten Boat of the Week honor…placed first in the V8+ Petite Final at Big Ten Championships…sat fifth seat at Central Regional Sprints placing first in Final C…academic all-Big Ten selection…Big Ten Sportsmanship Award.

2005-2006… Member of both the V8+ and the 2V8+… helped the V8+ defeat Miami and Kansas State in the Longhorn Invitational… helped the 2V8+ boat defeat Duke and Creighton… member of the 2V8+ boat that placed second at the Big Ten Championships as well as a second place finish in the Central Sprints.

Before Iowa… Runner-up at Midwest High School Rowing Championships in the Women’s 2x as a senior and the Women’s novice 4 as a junior… also participated in swimming and volleyball… helped her team to the state championship in volleyball.

Personal… Born December 15, 1986… daughter of Louis and Maria Wordelman… art and international studies major.
