Personal…Born October 29, 1997…daughter of Rob and Julie Williams…two siblings (Matt and Alex)…business/marketing major.
Why Iowa…I decided to transfer to Iowa because of the Big Ten atmosphere, Midwest people, and the opportunity to be able to participate in athletics again.
What is your favorite aspect of rowing…The team aspect of the sport is my favorite. As a crew, nothing is going to work out if you are not working together.
What made you want to become a rower…My brother told me I should give it a try when I was in high school. Once I decided to transfer to Iowa, I thought I would give it a try and be part of athletics again. It has only presented me with great opportunities and I’m looking forward for what’s to come.
