Why Iowa… I wanted to get high quality education and I liked the team and the atmosphere as well. I felt like it is a place where I can fit in and improve myself.

My favorite aspect of rowing… It’s not for everyone, only highly motivated and dedicated people can succeed.

What made you want to become a rower… In the beginning, I wanted to play any water sport. My father’s friend suggested that I try rowing and now I’ve rowed for almost 7 years.
