East Lansing, MI – Poor weather conditions cancelled Iowa’s scheduled games with Michigan State on Saturday. With wind chill, the temperature at Old College Field dipped below 30 degrees and a mix of rain and snow was falling.
The Hawkeyes were scheduled to resume Friday’s postponed contest, as well as play the final game of the two-game series. The two games will not be rescheduled.
Iowa will host South Dakota State in a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. at Pearl Field on Sunday.
