LAKE FOREST, IL – The Iowa men’s golf team finished day two for the Big Ten Championships in tenth place. Iowa (908, +56) carded a third round score of 302 (+18) which dropped them six strokes behind ninth place Ohio State (902, +50). Indiana (856, +5) jumped into first place Saturday by one stroke over Michigan State (858, +6) after recording a third round score of 283 (-1).

Andy Tiedt is leading the Hawkeyes at Conway Farms Golf Club. Tiedt is tied for 31st, shooting a 225 (+12). Brian deBuhr is tied for 34th, after carding a third round score of 73 (+12), while Luke Miller is tied for 43th (223, +15).Todd Larson and Jon Feldick also competed for Iowa and are in a tie for 50th (233, +20).

Ryan Brehm (206, -7) of Michigan State holds a two-stroke advantage over Purdue’s Pariya Junhasavasdikul (208, -5) going into the final round
