IOWA CITY, Iowa – – Hawkeye fans are encouraged to attend Carver-Hawkeye Arena Saturday afternoon as the Iowa men’s basketball team will hold an open practice prior the Iowa-Wisconsin football game in Iowa City. The Hawkeyes are slated to begin basketball practice around 12:15 p.m. at Carver-Hawkeye Arena. The football game is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. at Kinnick Stadium.
The Iowa basketball team opens the season vs. Illinois-Springfield in an exhibition game, Nov. 7 at 3:30 p.m.
