IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa field hockey head coach Lisa Cellucci announced the team’s spring schedule on Monday.
The Hawkeyes remain on the road the following weekend, traveling to Ann Arbor, Michigan, for the Michigan Hockeypalooza Spring Tournament. Iowa is scheduled to face Ohio State and Michigan on April 16 and Kent State and Northwestern on April 17.Iowa’s spring season begins this weekend with a two-day tournament in Evanston, Illinois. The Hawkeyes begin tournament play on Saturday with games against Michigan and tournament host Northwestern. Iowa wraps up tournament action on Sunday with a trio of games against Michigan State, Michigan, and Northwestern.
Iowa concludes its spring slate on April 23, hosting its own tournament at Grant Field. The Hawkeyes take on Missouri State at 11:45 a.m. (CT) before facing Northwestern at 2:25 p.m.
