IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa Athletics Ticket Office is offering the opportunity for fans to purchase and donate tickets to active duty and veteran military members, law enforcement officials and firefighters, through the “Tickets for Heroes” program.
This opportunity will honor heroes by providing tickets at no cost as Iowa hosts Minnesota on Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Military Appreciation Game. Tickets are on sale at a discounted price of $65 (normally $80 per ticket), and can be purchased to donate. UI athletics will work with local organizations to distribute tickets to qualifying individuals.

Hawkeye fans can also nominate a ‘Military Hero of the Game’ to be honored at Kinnick Stadium, by filling out the nomination form HERE.
