IOWA CITY, Iowa – University of Iowa senior Elise van Heuvelen Treadwell was recognized in the Oracle Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division I Preseason National rankings released Tuesday.
Van Heuvelen Treadwell, a senior from Seaford, England, is ranked No. 111 in the ITA preseason singles rankings. She was 15-10 last season while competing at the No. 1 and 2 positions in Iowa’s lineup. This is van Heuvelen Treadwell’s highest career ranking as she was ranked No. 117 on last year’s preseason list. She is a three-time first team All-Big Ten selection.
Van Heuvelen Treadwell and teammate Samantha Mannix start this fall season on October 5-12 at the ITA Women’s All-American Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
