2010 – Indoor – did not compete…Outdoor – ran a collegiate-best 4:03.24 in the 1,500 meters at the Tiger Track Classic…ran a season-best 1:53.19 with a third-place finish in the 800 meters at the Razorback Invite…anchored third place 1,600-meter relay at Lee Calhoun Memorial (3:18.10). ..letterwinner.

2009 — Indoor – ran season-best 800 meters (1:52.65) at Big Ten Championships… also ran 800 meters at Razorback Invite (1:53.72) and Meyo Invite (1:53.97)… Outdoor – ran second leg on team-leading 3,200-meter relay (7:33.08) and third leg on team-leading distance medley relay (10:02.91) at Drake Relays… the 3,200-meter relay time ranks second and the distance medley relay time ranks ninth in school history… ran collegiate-best 800 meters (1:52.38) at Illinois Invite… won 800 meters at Lee Calhoun Memorial (1:54.26)… also ran 800 meters at Big Ten Championships (1:53.85) and Messersmith Invite (1:54.68)… letterwinner… placed 13th in 800-meter prelims (1:53.18) at the USATF Outdoor Junior National Championships.

High School — four-time elite all-state and 11-time all-conference… placed second at state meet in 800 meters (1:52.90) and as part of 1,600-meter medley relay (3:29.25) senior year… also placed fourth in 800 meters at state as a junior (1:55.07) and sixth as a sophomore (1:55.68)… ran on state champion 3,200-meter relay as a freshman… that relay also won Drake Relays title his sophomore year… set school 800-meter record (1:52.45) while placing ninth at 2008 Nike Outdoor Nationals… won 800 meters (1:54.27) at Senior All-Star Meet… placed sixth at Iowa state pentathlon (2,966 points) as a junior… also competed in basketball and cross country… academic letterwinner… earned two IHSAA distinguished academic achievement awards… coaches were Clark Weaver, Tim Stamp, Ken Hopkins, Bob Read.
