2023 Honors – Named Big Ten Freshman of the Year… earned first-team All-Big Ten recognition… named first-team NFHCA All-West Region selection… first-team NFHCA All-American… Big Ten Preseason Watch List… named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week four times this season (Sept. 11, Sept. 18, Oct. 16, Oct. 30)… named Big Ten Freshman of the Week four times this season (Aug. 26, Sept. 5, Sept. 11, Oct. 30)… named NFHCA Offensive Player of the Week (Sept. 13) 2023 – Started all 19 games… logged 964 minutes… led the nation with 28 goals, 62 points, 1.47 goals per game and 3.26 points per game.… assisted in six goals… recorded 102 shots with 69 on goal… stated 10 multigoal games scoring in 13 total games… scored back-to-back four goal games against Central Michigan (9/8) and UML (9/10)… played 50 or more minutes in 12 games… letterwinner.

High School –  Played the highest youth league with U18 in the 2022-2023 season… was captain for the indoor team… won the indoor championship of North Netherlands… became third on the indoor championship of Netherlands… played on the highest youth league with U16 for two seasons prior… made her debut in the Hoofdklasse, the highest league with the first ladies team from Hurley in 2021-2022… transferred to THC Hurley from the 2020-2021 season

Personal – Born October, 11 2005 in Alkmaar… daughter of Eveline Delis and Frank van Aalsum… has two younger siblings, Mae and Sophie… majoring in Business Analytics and Information Systems
