2022 — Indoor – ran season bests in 800 meters at Hawkeye Invite (1:54.53) and mile at Meyo Invite (4:14.90)… Outdoor – won 800 meters (1:54.93) and ran 3,000 meters (9:41.48) at Musco Twilight… Cross Country – ran collegiate bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (20:56.9) and 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Classic (26:29.4)… letterwinner.

2021 — Track – did not compete… Cross Country – posted season bests in 6,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (21:51.8) and 8,000 meters at Gans Creek Invite (27:31.9)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

High School — six-time all-conference and four-time all-state… first place at the 2019 cross country conference… placed 12th at the 2018 state track meet (800m) and at the 2019 state cross country meet… holds the school record in the 4x800m (7:54.56)… 2020 Saint Louis Post Dispatch Scholar Athlete… 2020 Academic All-Conference team.

Personal — born January 29, 2002… son of Cathy and Troy Ward… brother to Mak, Vivian, and Sam… engineering major.
