FAYETTEVILLE, AR — The University of Iowa women’s golf team is in fourth place after playing the second round at the Lady Razorback Invitational Monday. Arkansas is in first in the 16-team tournament with a score of 590 (+14). The Hawkeyes carded a 606 (+30) after the second round.

Junior Amy Riepma (Clear Lake, IA) shot a one over par 73 today to put her in a tie for sixth. After ending the day in a tie for 15th yesterday, freshman Tyrette Metzendorf (Winter Haven, FL) fired a 73 today to propel her into a tie for eighth place with a total score of 148 (+4). Karla Murra (Sioux Falls, SD) fired a 156 (+12) after two rounds to put her in a tie for 39th.

The Hawkeyes will complete fall play Tuesday, with the final 18-holes of the Lady Razorback Invitational at Pinnacle Golf Course in Fayetteville, AR.
