Hawkeye junior Geoff Reins had a successful day Saturday in the 2008 Big Ten individual event finals.
Reins was one of two Hawkeyes to compete during the day, posting a third place finish on vault, with a final score of 16.20. On floor exercise he placed sixth, posting a 14.65. Senior Curtis Kleffman scored a 14.25 on pommel horse, placing sixth for the night.
The Hawkeyes will return to action April 17-19 to compete in the 2008 NCAA Championships in Stanford, CA.
