LOS ANGELES — University of Iowa junior Sonja Molnar survived a lengthy rain delay Wednesday at the ITA All-American to defeat Petra Januskova of Penn State 6-3, 6-1.
She will play South Florida’s Irene Rehberger at 12:45 p.m. (CT) Thursday. Rehberger is the eighth overall seed in the tournament.
