MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — The University of Iowa men’s tennis team (7-16, 0-11) fell on the road to No. 32 Minnesota (13-9, 9-2) Sunday afternoon, 7-0.
The Hawkeyes fell in doubles to Minnesota losing 2-of-3 doubles matches. Matt Hagan and Garret Dunn picked up the lone win for the Hawkeyes in doubles play defeating Froment and Hamburg of Minnesota, 8-7.
Iowa struggled in singles action falling in all six matches. Jonas Dierckx and Dunn both fell to ranked opponents.
The Hawkeyes see action next on April 25 in the Big Ten Tournament in Columbus, Ohio.
