Iowa Softball Announces Fall Schedule

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa head softball coach Marla Looper announced the 2017 fall schedule Friday. The Hawkeyes will host six teams over four weekends, highlighted by the Big 4 Classic on Sept. 29-Oct. 1. All games will be played at Bob Pearl Field.
 
The Hawkeyes face Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) and Kirkwood Community College on back-to-back Friday nights (Sept. 15 and Sept. 22) before hosting UNI, Iowa State, and Drake as part of the annual Big 4 Classic.
 
Iowa closes out the fall slate with a doubleheader against Northern Illinois on Oct. 8.
