Iowa Hosts Kirkwood CC in Fall Game

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The University of Iowa softball team takes on Kirkwood Community College at 5 p.m. (CT) Friday at Pearl Field. Admission to all fall games is free.
 
This is the second game of the fall for the Hawkeyes, who defeated Des Moines Area Community College, 6-1, on Sept. 15.
 
All fall games will be nine innings, with the exception of the doubleheader matchup with Northern Illinois on Oct. 8. The doubleheader will feature two seven-inning games, with first pitch at 1 p.m.
