QUOTING HEAD COACH MARLA LOOPER
“We have continued to battle and fight; our practices and batting practices have continued to go well, we have made adjustments throughout, we have to stay the course.
In the tournament, you face one opponent at a time, it’s not a three-game series. You have to be at your best at the moment. It’s one game at a time, which every day is, but it is a little different with a new opponent each day, much like the preconference season, when we were able to strive on that. I’m anxious to see us get into tournament play using that mentality.”
