Lacasse Named IBV Player of the Year

IOWA CITY, Iowa — Former University of Iowa women’s soccer player Cloe Lacasse was named the IBV Player of the Year, playing in the women’s Champion Division for the 2018 season.
 
Lacasse, who played for the Hawkeyes from 2011-14, was also the team’s scoring leader, finishing the 2018 campaign with 10 goals in 17 games.  The Ontario native has played four seasons with IBV in Iceland, scoring 43 goals.
 
Lacasse helped IBV to seven victories and four draws in 2018.  The team finished as the Super Cup women’s runner-up.
