IOWA CITY, Iowa — University of Iowa Mellecker Family head men’s tennis coach Ross Wilson announced on Friday that Matt Clegg has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of Iowa.

- Finished runner-up at two ITF Junior Circuits in doubles (Finland, Dublin, Ireland)
- Semifinalist in two ITF Junior Circuits in singles (Cyprus and Ireland)
- U16 Ranking No. 5 in the United Kingdom
- Will join three other British players, Will Davies, Oliver Okonkwo, and Joe Tyler on Iowa’s 2019-20 roster
