HEARING FROM HEAD COACH MARC LONG
“We had some great swims and diving performances and set ourselves up well for tomorrow. We’re excited to race and perform tomorrow.”

HEARING FROM SENIOR BEN COLIN
“Tonight was a real positive for us. Swimming against tough competition like this is a lot of fun for us and has brought out the best in our team, which gives us a lot of momentum going into tomorrow’s session. Finishing the night on a high note with the 400-free relay was big in addition to my personal best swim in the 1,000. It’s the best I’ve swam an open 1,000 in my life and having that as a confidence booster going into tomorrow is great.”
