HEARING FROM JOE MYHRE
“I knew coming into this meet that the guys, including myself, were going to swim fast. When I touched the wall, I was thinking 19.1 or 19.0, but breaking that barrier and going 18.86 felt amazing. It was a great way to start the meet.”
HEARING FROM MICHAEL TENNEY
“It was so exciting to be part of the (800 free) relay tonight and get that school record. We all tried hard and went fast. These events set us up well, and it helped that the team was really into both events, cheering and participating. Overall, I’m excited for the rest of the meet.”
