IOWA CITY, Iowa — With cold temperatures, rain, and wind projected Friday, the University of Iowa baseball game against Indian Hills Community College has been moved to Wednesday. The start time will be 3 p.m. (CT) at Duane Banks Field.
The Hawkeyes are 2-0 this fall, posting victories over the Ontario Blue Jays and NIACC. Iowa has scored 40 runs over 28 innings, while the pitching staff has allowed seven runs on 15 hits and fanned 31.
Iowa will close out the fall Oct. 16-18, hosting the Black & Gold World Series at Duane Banks Field.
