IOWA CITY, Iowa — 2020 University of Iowa softball season ticket renewals and new purchases are on sale now through the UI Athletics Ticket office.
The deadline to renew season tickets is Jan. 30, 2020, while single-game tickets go on sale Feb. 4, 2020.
Season tickets for a reserved bleacher is $20, while general admission season tickets cost $15. Reserved chair back seats are sold out for 2020.
For UI faculty and staff, a reserved bleacher is $16 and general admission is $12 (limit two per customer).
Renee Gillispie enters her second season as Iowa’s head coach. The 2019 Junior National Player of the Year Mia Ruther highlights 13 new faces for the Hawkeyes. Ruther, a transfer from Des Moines Area Community College, batted .518 with 69 runs scored and 31 RBIs as the Bears finished second in the NJCAA Division II National Championship. She is joined by fellow DMACC transfers Avery Guy, Gabby Schnathorst, Jayci Vos, and Morgan Lewis.
The newcomers join two-time All-Big Ten pitcher Allison Doocy, who recorded her 500th career strikeout in 2019.
