QUOTING COACH WOODY:
“I thought for our first multi-meet we had some decent performances. The atmosphere was a lot different than being a part of a normal meet, so I credit the girls for trying to bring their own energy. I thought they competed well, and although the scores weren’t what we were hoping for, I know we will make big improvements over the next four weeks as we prepare for the Big Ten Championships.”
The Hawkeyes head to Nebraska to compete at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational on February 5th and 6th.
