IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa baseball team will host Iowa Western Community College on Saturday at noon (CT) at Duane Banks Field. Admission is free.
Fans are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items and hygienic products to donate to the Food Pantry at Iowa. A donation bin will be at the entrance to Banks Field for all fall games.
It will be the Hawkeyes’ second game of the fall. Iowa downed Mississauga, 10-1, on Sept. 22. Iowa’s pitching staff struck out 21 batters in the 12-inning exhibition.
Saturday’s game will be streamed live via the Iowa baseball team’s Facebook page.
