QUOTING HEAD COACH SASHA SCHMID
“Congrats to K-State for a hard-fought match today, we were pleased to have gotten the doubles point, and then we felt like we had played from behind in singles competition. There was a moment where I thought we could maybe dig back into the match, but it ended up being too difficult. I think it is tough to drop the K-State match today, but now we have to reset and get ready for our match against Denver tomorrow.”

UP NEXT
The Hawkeyes will continue action in Colorado tomorrow, facing host Denver at 11 a.m. (CT).
