IOWA CITY, Iowa – Tickets for the 2024-25 University of Iowa women’s wrestling season will go on sale this week. The Hawkeyes will host two duals inside of Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
The first dual will be on Saturday, Nov. 16 as they host Cornell College and William Jewell. Iowa will welcome Augustana College and Grand Valley State to Carver on Saturday, Jan. 18.
Single dual ticket sales will open on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at 9 a.m. Iowa will offer a “For Her” combo pack that includes tickets to both home duals. The Hawkeyes set the world record for attendance at a women’s wrestling event last season with 8,207 at their inaugural dual.
Iowa is coming off a 2023-24 season where it posted a 16-0 record in dual competition. The Hawkeyes claimed the NWCA National Duals title and the NCWWC National Championship. The team had six individual national champions and 12 All-Americans.
The Hawkeyes continue their season this weekend in Marietta, Georgia with a dual at Life at 6 p.m. CT on Friday and then will participate in the Eagle Madness Open on Saturday.
