IOWA CITY, Iowa – University of Iowa women’s rowing coach Jeff Garbutt announced on Monday that Tilly Foreman, Cecilia Fowler, Lily Gater and Kadyn Tierney signed a scholarship agreement to attend the University of Iowa.
