“It’s amazing to accomplish a goal that we set out for ourselves and to reap the rewards and benefits of it. It’s not a surprise to us because we knew that we were capable of this and it’s great to see the team accomplish this goal. Tonight was a really fun environment for everyone and it was so gratifying to see everyone come out to watch our athletes. We are thankful for everyone who came out and cheered us on. This is a perfect way to celebrate women and girls in sports. We are continuing to lay the foundation, tweak the little things and finding our stride.”
