IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The University of Iowa baseball team welcomes Bradley University to Duane Banks Field on Tuesday for a midweek matchup. First pitch is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. and admission is $5.
The Hawkeyes enter the contest with a 18-15 record, while the Braves are 8-27 overall.
Bradley is hitting .254 as a team, led offensively by Landon Lowe, who is batting .372 with 12 doubles. Hayden Miller leads the Braves with nine home runs. On the mound, Bradley owns a 10.27 team ERA, with Davis Webb pacing the staff with a 6.54 ERA while also leading the team with 35 strikeouts. Opponents are hitting .349 against the Braves.
Iowa is batting .306 as a team and has scored 248 runs. Gable Mitchell leads the Hawkeyes with a .381 average, totaling 51 hits and 37 runs scored. Caleb Wulf is hitting .370 with 50 hits and 26 runs scored. Mitchell has driven in 29 runs, while Wulf has registered 27 RBIs.
