IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Two University of Iowa women’s soccer student-athletes – fourth-years Sofia Bush and Millie Greer -- were named to Top Drawer Soccer’s Preseason Women’s National Top 100 list. Bush ranks 57th, while Greer is 72nd.
Bush started 20 games, logging 1,749 minutes with nine 90+minute contests during the 2025 season. The Marion, Iowa, native tallied six assists, which included a two-assist performance against No. 6 Arkansas. The midfielder capped her season by earning second-team All-Big Ten and United Soccer Coaches All-North Region Team honors.
Greer was the anchor of a Hawkeye defense that posted 10 shutouts in 2025. She started all 21 games and played 90+ minutes in 19 contests. The defender found the back of the net three times, including netting the game-winner on Sept. 28 against Nebraska. The Scottsdale, Arizona, native was a second-team All-Big Ten and a United Soccer Coaches All-North Region selection.
The Hawkeyes open the season Wednesday, hosting Milwaukee at 7 p.m. (CT) at the Iowa Soccer Complex. Admission is free.
