Iowa Men's and Women's Wrestling Announce 2026-27 Ticket Information

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The University of Iowa men's and women's wrestling programs announced their ticket release schedule for the 2026-27 season on Thursday.

Women's wrestling season tickets are on sale now. Season tickets are $40 for adults and $25 for youth, while padded premium seats are available for $55. The season-ticket package includes admission to Iowa's two home duals at Carver-Hawkeye Arena and the For Her Duals at Xtream Arena.

Iowa women's wrestling has drawn record-setting crowds since the program's inception, including 8,207 fans at the Trailblazer Duals at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in November 2023. The Hawkeyes have also enjoyed unprecedented success on the mat, posting an all-time dual record of 49-1 and a 14-0 mark at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

A doubleheader on Nov. 22 will feature the Iowa men's wrestling dual against Iowa State at 1 p.m. (CT) and the Iowa women's wrestling dual against King at 4:30 p.m. Admission to the men's dual includes access to the women's dual. Following the men's dual, fans without a women's wrestling ticket will be directed to general admission seating above the curtain line, while women's wrestling ticket holders may access their reserved seating.

Women's wrestling ticket holders will also receive an exclusive presale code to purchase tickets to the Iowa State dual before they become available to the general public.

For men's wrestling, mini plans will go on sale Monday, Oct. 26, at 9 a.m. CT, and single-dual and student tickets for the 2026-27 season will go on sale to the general public Friday, Oct. 30, at 9 a.m. CT.

Two mini-plan options will be available. The Black Package includes the Iowa State and Michigan State duals for $70, while the Gold Package includes the Oklahoma State dual and Iowa's season opener against Bellarmine for $65. Mini plans provide the best opportunity for fans to guarantee seats for those duals, as only remaining inventory will be available for single-dual purchase beginning Oct. 30.

Single-dual tickets range from $20 to $50 for adults and $10 to $30 for youth, depending on the opponent.

Men's wrestling season tickets are available now at hawkeyesports.com.

The Hawkeyes are 142-16 (.898) at Carver-Hawkeye Arena since head coach Tom Brands took over the program prior to the 2006-07 season. Iowa owns an all-time record of 291-29 (.909) at Carver-Hawkeye Arena since moving from the UI Field House in 1983.

Iowa has led the nation in attendance every season under Brands. Attendance figures were not tracked during the 2020-21 season because most venues did not allow spectators during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Hawkeyes have averaged more than 8,000 fans per season for 17 consecutive seasons.
