2009 — Indoor – ran third leg on team-leading distance medley relay that placed third in 11:27.34 at Big Ten Championships to provisional qualify for NCAA meet… that time ranks sixth all-time at Iowa… led team in mile (4:51.75) at Iowa State Classic… ran 4:52.35 mile at Big Ten Championships… ran collegiate-best 600 meters (1:35.42) at Iowa Invite and season-best 800 meters (2:16.67) at Jack Johnson Classic… Outdoor – ran a team-leading 4:24.11 in 1,500 meters at NCAA Championships prelims… placed fourth in 1,500 meters (4:25.98) at NCAA Midwest Regional to earn all-region honors and a NCAA automatic bid… qualified for regional meet in 1,500 meters (4:24.91)… placed 10th in 1,500 meters (4:27.39) at Big Ten meet, running a 4:24.91 in the prelims… ran team-leading and collegiate-best 800 meters (2:11.69) at Illinois Invite… ran lead legs on team-leading 3,200-meter (8:53.81) and 6,400-meter (19:36.43) relays at Drake Relays… those times both rank fourth and fifth, respectively, all-time at Iowa… Iowa’s women’s track Big Ten Sportsmanship Award winner… letterwinner… Cross Country – placed 26th at Big Ten Championships with a collegiate-best 21:29 (6,000 meters) placed 26th at Big Ten Championships with a season-best 21:29 (6,000 meters)… placed 44th at NCAA Regional (21:57) and 46th at NCAA Pre-Nationals (21:33)… won Hawkeye Invite with a season-best 10:20 (3,000 meters)… placed 37th at Wisconsin Adidas Invite (17:52)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2008 — Cross Country – ran season bests in 3,000 meters (10:41) at Hawkeye Invite, 5,000 meters (17:34) at Auburn Invite and 6,000 meters (21:37) at NCAA Midwest Regional… placed 39th at Big Ten Championships (22:03) and 40th at NCAA Midwest Regional (22:06)… team earned USTFCCCA all-academic honors… letterwinner.

High School — four-time state champion in track, earning four all-state honors… cross country team won state title her senior year after placing second in 2006… set school records in 800 (2:11) and 1,500 meters (4:33), and as part of 3,200 (9:17) and distance medley relays (4:02)… won 1,500 meters (4:35) and set new 3,200-meter relay record (8:58) at 2006 USATF Nationals… also competed in swimming and basketball… honor roll student, earning academic excellence medal… cross country team MVP as a junior… coaches were Father Jim Kirby and Larry Weier.
