Hunter Terry Season 2012-13

2012-13 Competed in two fall events… placed second in the 1V8+ at the Head of the Des Moines… placed third in the 1V8+ at the Head of the Iowa… competed in all three spring events… Qualified for the 1V8+ petite finals and placed third at the San Diego Crew Classic… Placed second in the 1V8+ and helped team take home second place in the team standings at the Dale England Cup… Placed sixth in the 1V8+ and helped team place sixth in the final team standings at the Big Ten Championships… letterwinner.

Before Iowa… Member of the University of Virginia women’s rowing team… claimed the 2010 and 2012 NCAA team championship… NCAA champion in the V4 (2010)… NCAA silver medalist in the V4 (2012)… team won the ACC team championship in 2010, 2011, and 2012… member of The Lawrenceville School rowing club… club coaches were Eli Montes and Molly Baker… ACC rowing Academic All-American (2012)… three-time member of the ACC academic honor roll… awarded her high school’s Women’s Rowing Effort Award in 2008, Sharp Spanish Translation Prize in 2007, and the Eglin Society Award in 2007.

Personal… Born August 1, 1989… daughter of Bruce Terry and Diane Terry … sister, Paige, is on the women’s rowing team at the University of Virginia.
