2024-25 Honors — Academic All-Big Ten.  2024-25 — Started 32 games, averaging 14.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.8 assists... slashed .507/.422/.766 on the season... finished third on the team in scoring and assists... had the top field goal percentage by a guard in the Big Ten, which ranked seventh in the conference... ranked 13th in the league in minutes (32:18) and 3-pointers per game (2.03), 16th in field goals (180) and 19th in the league in scoring (14.4)... reached double figures in 27 games with six 20-point and 15 15+ point contests... had 5+ assists four times and 5+ rebounds six times... made 3+ 3-pointers in nine games... had 23 points on 8-of-10 shooting to go along with five assists and four rebounds against South Dakota (11/12)... scored 10+ in 12 straight games from Nov. 26-Jan. 17... finished with 22 points on 9-of-16 shooting and grabbed six rebounds against Northwestern (12/3)... made a catch-and-shoot 3-pointer from 33 feet with 0.8 seconds remaining for his first career buzz beater... the shot was ESPN SportsCenter's No. 1 Play of the Day on Dec. 3... scored a career-high 31 points on 10-of-14 shooting with a career-best seven 3-pointers in win over Nebraska (1/7)... also had seven assists, six rebounds and four steals while playing 44:38 minutes... was first major conference player to finish with at least that state line since LSU's Ben Simmons in 2015... was only the 12th Division I player with at least that stat line in the last 20 years... finished with 11 points and a career-high eight assists against Penn State (1/24)... netted 27 points on 10-of-16 shooting against Purdue (2/4) and scored 26 points on 11-of-17 shooting in the road win at Rutgers (2/12)... reached double figures in final eight games, including an 18-point, seven rebound, four assist game against Michigan State (3/6) and a 21-point outing against Illinois (3/13) in the Big Ten Tournament (3/12).

2023-24 — Honorable mention All-Big Ten… named the team’s Most Improved Award and co-recipient of the Best Defensive Player and Kenny Arnold Hawkeye Spirit Awards… Academic All-Big Ten. 2023-24 — Appeared in 34 games with 20 starts… averaged 8.9 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists… shot 55.2 percent (117-of-212) from the floor, 42.1 percent (32-of-76) from 3-point range and 86 percent (37-of-43) from the free throw line… also had 19 steals and a 2.5 assist-to-turnover ratio… scored in double figures in 11 games with four 20-point contests… scored 20+ points in three straight games from Feb. 24-March 2, averaging 21.3 points on 68.4 shooting (61.5 from 3-point range)… made his first career start at Iowa State (12/7)… made a career-high five 3-pointers (5-of-7) against Nebraska (1/12)… finished with 21 points, four rebounds and five assists at Minnesota (1/15)… finished with nine points and a career-high seven assists against Purdue (1/20)… made 9-of-15 field goals en route to 20 points at Illinois (2/24)… went 8-of-10 from the floor, scoring 20 points against Penn State (2/27)… netted a career-high 24 points, making 9-of-13 field goals and four 3-pointers at Northwestern (3/2)… letterwinner.

2022-23 – Played in 31 games off the bench… totaled 62 points, 28 rebounds, 28 assists, seven steals and three blocks… ranks sixth in 3-point field goal percentage for a Hawkeye freshman (.400, 14-of-35)… posted season highs in scoring (10) and minutes played (31) in overtime win over Michigan… dished out a season-best five assists in back-to-back games (Michigan; Maryland)… letterwinner.

High School — Three-year team captain… averaged 20 points, 7.8 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game prior to suffering season-ending injury (right leg) in January of his senior season… three-time first-team all-conference selection and City Player of the Year… third team all-state as a sophomore and first-team all-state as a junior… shot 50 percent or better from the field his first three seasons of prep basketball… averaged a team-best 19.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists as a junior… shot at 54 percent from the field, 38 percent from 3-point range, and 73 percent from the foul line as a junior… surpassed 1,000 career points last season… averaged 17.5 points, 5.1 rebounds as a sophomore and 10.2 points per contest as a freshman… three-time academic all-conference honoree.
