2023-24 — Honorable mention All-Big Ten… named the team’s Most Improved Award and co-recipient of the Best Defensive Player and Kenny Arnold Hawkeye Spirit Awards… Academic All-Big Ten. 2023-24 — Appeared in 34 games with 20 starts… averaged 8.9 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists… shot 55.2 percent (117-of-212) from the floor, 42.1 percent (32-of-76) from 3-point range and 86 percent (37-of-43) from the free throw line… also had 19 steals and a 2.5 assist-to-turnover ratio… scored in double figures in 11 games with four 20-point contests… scored 20+ points in three straight games from Feb. 24-March 2, averaging 21.3 points on 68.4 shooting (61.5 from 3-point range)… made his first career start at Iowa State (12/7)… made a career-high five 3-pointers (5-of-7) against Nebraska (1/12)… finished with 21 points, four rebounds and five assists at Minnesota (1/15)… finished with nine points and a career-high seven assists against Purdue (1/20)… made 9-of-15 field goals en route to 20 points at Illinois (2/24)… went 8-of-10 from the floor, scoring 20 points against Penn State (2/27)… netted a career-high 24 points, making 9-of-13 field goals and four 3-pointers at Northwestern (3/2)… letterwinner.

2022-23 – Played in 31 games off the bench… totaled 62 points, 28 rebounds, 28 assists, seven steals and three blocks… ranks sixth in 3-point field goal percentage for a Hawkeye freshman (.400, 14-of-35)… posted season highs in scoring (10) and minutes played (31) in overtime win over Michigan… dished out a season-best five assists in back-to-back games (Michigan; Maryland)… letterwinner.

High School — Three-year team captain… averaged 20 points, 7.8 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game prior to suffering season-ending injury (right leg) in January of his senior season… three-time first-team all-conference selection and City Player of the Year… third team all-state as a sophomore and first-team all-state as a junior… shot 50 percent or better from the field his first three seasons of prep basketball… averaged a team-best 19.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.3 assists as a junior… shot at 54 percent from the field, 38 percent from 3-point range, and 73 percent from the foul line as a junior… surpassed 1,000 career points last season… averaged 17.5 points, 5.1 rebounds as a sophomore and 10.2 points per contest as a freshman… three-time academic all-conference honoree.
