2006 — Indoor – ran on team-leading distance medley relay (10:19.26)… ran collegiate-best mile (4:11.87) at Iowa State Classic… Outdoor – ran on 6,400-meter relay that set school record (16:55.43) and placed 11th at Drake Relays… ran collegiate-best 1,500 meters (3:59.70) at Musco Twilight VIII… letterwinner… Cross Country – placed 16th (19:41) at Hawkeye Open.

2005 — Cross Country – placed eighth (18:50) at Hawkeye Invite, 34th (25:23) at Murray Keatinge Invite and 109th (26:08) at Griak Invite… letterwinner.

High School — won cross country conference title senior year, placing second at state meet… conference 3,200-meter champion senior year… placed third in 1,600-meters at state meet senior year… two-time first team all-state, all-county and all-conference in cross country… two-time cross country team captain… track team captain senior year… best times were 4:22.03 in 1,600 meters, 9:27.04 in 3,200 meters and 16:01 in cross country 5,000 meters… coach was John Gabelbauer.
