2008 — Indoor – ran collegiate-best mile (4:18.76) at Iowa Invite… also ran mile at Last Chance Qualifier (4:22.01)… Outdoor – ran 1,500 meters at Hawkeye Invite (4:05.09) and Central Invite (4:17.28)… letterwinner.

2007 — Indoor – placed sixth with season-best mile (4:24.31) at Hawkeye Invite… placed fifth in mile (4:27.82) at Iowa Invite… Outdoor – did not compete… letterwinner.

2006 — Indoor – ran season-best mile (4:24.64) at Iowa Open and collegiate-best 3,000 meters (9:14.33) at Iowa State Classic… Outdoor – ran collegiate-best 1,500 meters (4:03.69) at Musco Twilight VIII… Cross Country – placed 15th at Early Bird Invite with a collegiate-best 20:09.

2005 — Track – redshirted… Cross Country – placed 44th (20:50) at Hawkeye Invite and 71st (27:03) at Murray Keatinge Invite.

2004 — Cross Country – redshirted.

High School — ran on state runner-up 3,200-meter relay at state meet senior year… placed fourth at state cross country meet senior year… two-time conference champion, helping team to three titles… three-time all-conference and all-district in cross country, earning all-state honors in track as a senior… set school record in cross country 5,000 meters (15:16)… four-year letterwinner in cross country and track… placed National Honor Society member and ‘A’ honor roll student… coaches were Tony Bussan, Travis Craig and Gary Moenck.

Personal — born October 31, 1985… son of Gary and Linda Moenck… his brother, Ryan, ran cross country and track at Buena Vista and his brother, Nathan, runs cross country and track at Wisconsin-Stevens Points… pre-athletic training major.
