2013 — Indoor – did not compete… Outdoor – placed seventh in 1,500 meters at Lee Calhoun Invite (4:02.42) and 10th at Musco Twilight XIV (4:05.30)… Cross Country – competed at Hawkeye Early Bird Invite (13:21.82-4.000 meters) and Black & Gold Invite (20:07.09-6,000 meters).
2012 — Cross Country – placed 23rd at Bradley Open (26:41-8,000 meters).
2009-2011 — ran cross country at Eastern Michigan University… helped Eagles to a first place team finish with a 24th-place performance at the 2011 Toledo Open… took 77th (26:34.00) at 2011 New Balance Vic Matthews Open… placed 33rd at 2001 EMU Fall Classic in 16:14.48.
High School — three-year letterwinner… earned All-District accolades as a senior and was a team captain… earned the Most Dedicated Award… named OCC honorable mention accolades as a junior… regional champion in the 1,600-meter relay and state qualifier in 800 meters and 1,600-meter relay senior year… state qualifier in 1,600 meters junior year.
