2020-21 Honors – Academic All-Big Ten. 2020-21 – Swam career-best and NCAA “B” qualifying times in 500 free (4:21.08) and 1,650 free (15:24.47) at Big Ten Championships… also had a career-best in 1,000 free (9:20.16) and swam a season-best time in 200 free (1:37.29) and 200 fly (1:51.01)… led team in 1,650 free… member of the team-leading 800-free relay (6:22.56) that placed sixth at Big Ten Championships… scored in two individual events at Big Tens, placing 13th in 500 free (4:21.22) and 20th in 1,650 free (15:24.47).
2019-20 Honors — Named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester. 2019-20 — Ranked in the top three on the team in the 500 free, 1,000 free, and 1,650 free… scored at the Big Ten Championships, placing 23rd in the 1,650 free (15:36.09)… swam collegiate-best times in 50 free (21.32), 200 free (1:37.15), 500 free (4:23.53), 1,000 free (15:27.23), 1,650 free (15:27.23), and 200 fly (1:50.50).
High School — Competed at Spring Sectionals from 2017-19 and Futures in 2017 and 2019 and Summer Sectionals in 2019… won the 1,000 free at Spring Sectionals in 2017 and 2019… was runner-up in 500 free and 1,650 free in 2019… fourteen-time first-team all-state selection and 16-time conference champion… team captain as a senior… school record holder in 200 free (1:39.53) and 500 free (4:29.88)… state champion in 200-medley relay as a senior… also was runner-up in 200 free and 500 free and fifth in 400-free relay… team placed fourth… state champion in 200 free, 500 free, and 200-free relay and was runner-up in 400-free relay as junior, helping team to state runner-up finish… state champion in 200 free, runner-up in 400-free relay, third in 500 free and 200-medley relay as sophomore… helped team to four conference titles… top times are: 1:39.59 (200 free), 4:27.41 (500 free), 9:17.38 (1,000 free), and 15:33.84 (1,650 free)… three-time USA Swimming Scholalistic All-American… four-time Missouri Valley Swimming All-Academic Team… high school coaches were Todd Harvey (club) and Nathan Long (high school).
