2008 Spring — Competed at #2 and #3 singles positions… went 8-15 overall in dual play and 3-9 against Big Ten competition… teamed up with fellow senior Bart van Monsjou in doubles play… competing at #1 doubles, the duo finished the season 14-8 overall and 6-6 against Big Ten competition… duo was nationally ranked by ITA as high as #40 during the year… letterwinner.

2007 Fall — Competed in three tournaments… won Flight B singles title at Purdue Invitational… posted a 9-3 singles record… opened season with a four-match winning streak… went 4-2 in doubles with Bart van Monsjou.

2007 Spring — Competed in #1, #2 and #3 singles positions… went 8-3 in #3 singles… was 9-12 in dual singles competition… compiled 11-8 record with van Monsjou in #1 doubles competition… doubles pair with van Monsjou was nationally ranked by ITA throughout the year… letterwinner.

2006 Fall — Competed in four fall tournaments… played in Polo All-American Tournament… won doubles championship at Louisville Invitational with Bart van Monsjou… posted 6-5 singles record… compiled 4-1 doubles record with van Monsjou.

2006 Spring — Competed at #2 and #3 singles… posted overall singles record of 8-12… compiled 2-9 Big Ten singles record… teamed with van Monsjou to go 2-2 in #1 doubles… teamed with Taylor to compile 5-10 #1 doubles record… letterwinner.

2005 Fall — Competed at Purdue Invitational, Wisconsin Invitational and Big Ten Indoor Tournament… posted 2-8 record in singles… teamed with Schaechterle (2-1) and Taylor (1-3) in doubles.

2005 Spring — Recorded 9-13 dual record while playing at No.3 singles.. placed thrid on the team with 12 overall victories… notched straight set victory over Purdue’s Filip Koziell… posted a 15-7 dual doubles mark at the No. 3 position (11-5 with Aaron Schaechterle, 4-2 with Bart van Monsjou)… led team with five conference doubles wins, 15 dual wins, and 19 overall doubles victories… teamed with Schaechterle to defeat Bisnow/Sonkin of Wisconsin… teamed with van Monsjou to record four conference victories, including an 8-3 doubles victory over Michigan State in the Big Ten Tournament… letterwinner.

2004 Fall — Compiled a record of 3-6 in singles action… boasted the second most matches played in singles (9)… teamed with Aaron Schaechterle and Scott Elwell to go 4-3 in doubles competition.

High School — Three-time conference champion in singles play and also placed second as a freshman… named team MVP all four years… his high school team won the conference championship his sophomore and junior seasons… finished in top ten of state tournament which included sixth place as a freshman, third as a sophomore and junior and second as a senior…his high school team placed runner-up both his sophomore and junior years at the state tournament… Missouri Valley doubles champion in 2003 and singles champion in 2002… ranked ninth by USTA in Boys 18 and under in singles and 16th with partner Will Bray… member of the National Honor society and four-year member of Academic High honor roll… involved to the Spanish club and Senior Service League… Also lettered in basketball… high school coaches were Jon Robinson (2001-03) and Tim Bart (2004).

Personal — Born July 13, 1985… parents are Pat and Linda Ritchie… father played tennis at Tulsa University… pre-law major… received the 2007 Tim Emmett Steele Memorial Scholarship.
