2025 (Missouri State) – Named to the CUSA All-Academic Team…spring and fall Honor Roll member…appeared in all 20 matches…made 19 starts…totaled 1,319 minutes… scored five goals on 39 shots…put 13 shots on goal…had three assists.

2024 (Missouri State) – Named to the MCV Scholar-Athlete Third Team…spring and fall Honor Roll member…appeared in 21 games…started in 11 games…recorded 1,021 minutes…netted four goals, including the game-winner against UIC…added one assist…recorded 38 shots, putting 20 on goal.

2023 (Missouri State) – Named to the MVC All-Freshman Team…fall Honor Roll member…appeared in all 19 matches…started in seven matches…recorded 670 minutes on the season…scored her first collegiate goal against Oral Roberts

High School – Attended Glendale High School…named the Class 3 Offensive Player of the Year and a first-team all-state selection…was also named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team while being named the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame Girls Soccer Player of the Year…played club for Kansas Rush 05, earning USYS ODP Interregional Team and Rush National Team laurels.

Personal – Born May 26, 2005 in Springfield, Mo…daughter of Joel and Courtney Heman…has one brother, Trevor, and two sisters, Mary Connor and Parker…father played football at Missouri (1990-91) and Missouri State…mother played basketball at St. Mary’s (1990-93).
