2024 — Indoor – Led team in mile (4:44.31) and 3,000 meters (9:38.13)… anchored team-leading distance medley relay to fourth place at B1G Championships (11:17.78)… that time ranks second all-time at Iowa… ran season bests in 800 meters at Meyo Invite (2:09.21), mile at Wisconsin Windy City Invite (4:44.31) and 3,000 meters (9:38.13) at Larry Wieczorek Invite… Outdoor – Led team in 1,500 meters (4:23.52) and 5,000 meters (16:48.57)… ran a collegiate-best 16:48.57 in 5,000 meters at B1G Championships… ran season bests in 800 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (2:09.30) and 1,500 meters at Desert Heat Classic (4:23.52)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – Competed in all six races… Iowa’s second finisher with a collegiate-best 6,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (21:10.0), at B1G Preview (21:17.5-6,000 meters), and at Gans Creek Classic (21:33.9-6,000 meters)… Iowa’s third finisher at B1G Championships (21:25.9-6,000 meters) and NCAA Midwest Regional (21:35.1-6,000 meters)… placed seventh at Hawkeye Invite (14:30.5-4,000 meters).

2023 — Indoor – Anchored school record-setting distance medley relay to fifth-place finish at B1G Championships (11:15.07)… ran season bests in 800 meters at Iowa Open (2:10.54) and mile at Music City Challenge (4:44.33)… the mile time led team… Outdoor – Ran collegiate bests in 800 meters at Drake Relays (2:08.93) and 1,500 meters at Raleigh Relays (4:21.11)… the 1,500-meter time led team and ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner… Cross Country – Iowa’s top finisher at four of seven meets… ran collegiate bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:19.3) and 5,000 meters at Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (17:59.4)… ran a season-best 6,000 meters at Bradley Pink Classic (21:49.30)… placed 61st at NCAA Midwest Regional (21:54.6-6,000 meters) and 72nd at B1G Championships (22:52.7)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

 

2022 — Indoor – Ran a collegiate-best and team-leading 4:41.58 in mile at ISU Classic… that time ranks fifth all-time at Iowa… anchored team-leading distance medley relay to sixth-place finish at B1G Championships (11:21.29)… that time ranks fourth all-time at Iowa… won 800 meters with a season-best 2:09.89 at Meyo Invite… placed second in 1,000 meters at Jimmy Grant Invite (2:51.50)… Outdoor – Ran season bests in 800 meters at Stanford Invite (2:09.56) and 1,500 meters at Bryan Clay Invite (4:24.22)… anchored team-leading leading distance medley relay to ninth place-finish (11:40.18) at Drake Relays, which ranks seventh all-time at Iowa… Academic All-Big Ten… Dean’s List student (Spring 2022)… USTFCCCA all-academic team member… letterwinner… Cross Country – Ran season bests in 4,000 meters at Hawkeye Invite (14:50.3) and 6,000 meters at NCAA Midwest Regional (21:59.9)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

2021 — Indoor – Ran season bests in 600 meters at Larry Wiecorek Invite (1:38.78), 800 meters at Husker Triangular (2:15.60) and mile at Border Battle (5:20.66)… Outdoor – Ran season bests in 800 meters at B1G Invite #3 (2:13,10) and 1,500 meters at Championships (4:39.76)… Dean’s List student (Fall 2020)… Cross Country – Ran season-best 6,000 meters at NCAA Midwest Regional (22:21.20)… Academic All-Big Ten… letterwinner.

High School — Four-time all-state and team MVP… all-conference MRAC Individual three-time champion… 2019 state champion in the distance-medley relay (anchor)… third in 1500M and fifth in 800M at the 2019 state meet… placed sixth overall at the 2019 cross country state meet… five-time school record holder… second place finish at the 2019 Drake Relays (1500M)… member of the National Honor Society.
