John came to Iowa in 2018 to support University of Iowa athletics through fundraising efforts. In his current role, he oversees major gift fundraising staff, capital campaigns and acts as a sport liaison for Iowa baseball and men’s golf. Prior to moving into athletics development, John worked in fundraising for UI health sciences. He earned his bachelor’s in economics from Iowa.
