Unattached Entry Request Form

This form is your request to enter the selected meet, it is not your entry into the competition. All University of Iowa Track and Field/Cross Country Meets are open to any post-collegiate competitors. Your request will be reviewed by meet management. If your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions about the entry process before 10:30 a.m. CT on the day entries close. The deadline for submitting this form is 24 hours prior to the close of entries.
