Admission to all Cross Country meets at Ashton Cross Country Course are free for all fans. 

Upon parking in the Hawkeye Commuter & Storage Lot, fans will walk through the paved trail located on the North side of the parking lot, over the bridge, and onto the grass course to watch their favorite runners. 

  PROHIBITED ITEMS                                                                                                    

The following items are not allowed on the Ashton Cross Country Course.

• Alcoholic beverages
• Animals (except service animals)*
• Bicycles
• Golf balls
• Noisemakers or any disruptive devices
• Tobacco of any kind (including e-cigarettes)
• Unauthorized vehicles
• Weapons of any kind

*Service dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must clean up after their pet immediately.

Registration for the meet will take place at www.directathletics.com. Deadline for registration is 12:00 p.m. (CT) Tuesday, September 1. There will be no entry fee.

 Open to non-collegiate competitors; (registration for unattached coming soon)

Results will be available on www.hawkeyesports.com/hawkeyeinvitational.

The order of finish will be verified with Finish Lynx system. Timing mats will be used on the course at select marks (M3K + W2K) to capture splits. 

The Ashton Cross Country Course is located at 3310 Hawkeye Park Road, Iowa City, Iowa 52246.

Parking: Available free of charge inside the Hawkeye Commuter Lot (blue) beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4.
