Hawkeye FLIGHT Program

• The Hawkeye FLIGHT Program is a cross-departmental effort that will create NIL educational programming for Hawkeye athletes. FLIGHT programming provides Hawkeye athletes the opportunity to understand their NIL rights and receive training and resources to enhance their NIL potential.
• FLIGHT programming is available to all current Hawkeye athletes and/or sports programs covering:
  • NIL 101
  • Personal Branding/Social Media
  • Entrepreneurship/Financial Literacy
  • Personal and Career Transition
  • Agent and Advisor Education

Altius Sports Partners (ASP)

• Altius Sports Partners (ASP) is the foremost authority on the future of college sports and the rapidly changing environment of collegiate athletics, including name, image, and likeness (NIL).
• ASP’s holistic approach combines strategic consulting and advisory services for executives with education, training, and meaningful engagement for athletes, coaches, support staff, external stakeholders, and parents & guardians of athletes.
• ASP proactively guides institutions and builds comprehensive programs and staffing infrastructures with a wide array of organizations to equip all stakeholders to successfully navigate this era in collegiate athletics.

ASP NIL General Manager: Scott Brickman

• Through Iowa’s partnership with Altius Sports Partners, Iowa has invested in a dedicated full-time NIL General Manager (GM), Scott Brickman.
• Scott oversees all aspects of the schools NIL FLIGHT program including education for internal (coaches, athletes, administration) and external stakeholders (SWARM, donors, fans), strategic guidance, and initiatives to maximize NIL opportunities for all Hawkeye athletes.

Swarm Collective

• Iowa Swarm empowers Iowa athletes to achieve their NIL potential by connecting fans and local businesses with athletes via exclusive content, marketing opportunities, and social media and in-person endorsements.

Campus Ink

• The Iowa NIL Store by Campus Ink offers University of Iowa athletes licensed NIL apparel for individuals and teams.
• Athletes receive personalized digital locker rooms to store their merchandise.
• The NIL Store team provides comprehensive support, from creative design to marketing and sales strategy development, ensuring athlete success.

Opendorse

• Iowa Hawkeyes NIL Marketplace helps mobilize the Iowa fan base and local organizations to best support its athletes.
• Hawkeye fans, brands, sponsors, and donors can browse, book, pitch and pay any participating Iowa athlete for NIL activities in one compliant platform, built specifically for the athletes’ needs.
• Works as the tool alongside Hawkeye Sports Properties

INFLCR

• INFLCR is a technology resource that helps athletes build their brands and connect to NIL opportunities.
• Athletes can access content, such as photos and videos, to share online to build their personal brands.
