QUOTING HEAD COACH JEFF GARBUTT
“Our second varsity four beating Stanford on their home course was huge for the program. I couldn’t be prouder of our team on how they fought today. Our kids did a good job today of staying the course and staying tight with both Cal and Stanford all day. In the afternoon, our boats learned from their early morning aggression. Looking forward to competing against another tough squad in SMU tomorrow.”
