2010 – Indoor – led the team in long jump (22-2 1/2, 6.77m) and triple jump (47-6 1/2, 14.49m)… Outdoor – led team in triple jump with a collegiate best 48-10 3/4 (14.90m) third-place finish at Tiger Track Classic, which ranks seventh all-time at Iowa…posted collegiate-best long jump 22-4 1/2 (6.82m) at Tiger Track Classic…letterwinner.

2009 — Indoor – led team in triple jump with the collegiate-best 48-10 he posted at Meyo Invite… that mark ranks fourth on Iowa’s all-time best performers list… placed sixth in triple jump (48-7 1/2) at Big Ten Championships… won triple jump against Illinois (48-6) and placed second at Iowa State Classic (48-3 1/4)… Iowa’s men’s track Big Ten Sportsmanship award winner… Outdoor – placed eighth in triple jump with a team-leading 48-9 1/2 at Big Ten Championships… that mark ranks seventh in school history… placed third in triple jump at Tiger Track Classic (48-3 1/4), ninth at Drake Relays (47-8 1/2) and 10th at Sun Angel Classic (48-5 3/4)… letterwinner.

2008 — Indoor – won triple jump with a season-best 46-10 3/4 at Iowa Invite … Outdoor – placed second in triple jump at Musco Twilight X with a season-best 48-9… that mark ranks seventh in school history… placed 10th in triple jump (48-2 3/4) at Big Ten Championships… letterwinner.

2007 — Track – redshirted.

High School – two-time all-conference and all-area… team captain and MVP senior year… received the National Army Reserve Scholar Athlete Award… set school facility outdoor triple jump record (45-7 1/2)… coached by Kevin Caines… lettered in football, setting state record for most field goals scored in a Class 7A playoff game (3)… graduated with honors.
